Capt. Benjamin J. Keeley is VNS International’s founder, CTO, and COO:

• Capt. Keeley received a BS and MS degree in Data engineering from San Diego State University.
• Capt. Keeley was previously manager of data operations at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. Prior to RCCL he was Global Director of the Enterprise Transformation Technology Solution Center at Deloitte Consulting.
• He has extensive experience in major ERP and data management software including SAP, People Soft, Oracle and Baan.
• As a licensed U.S. Captain and a former member of the U.S. Navy
• Capt. Keeley has significant experience in marine industry and organization issues.
