headquarters. VNS International develops and markets Marine

VNS International also announces the appointment of Benjamin J. Keeley to the position
of CEO. Mr. Keeley was previously Manager of Database Operations and Administration
at Royal Caribbean Cruises, LTD. Prior to Royal Caribbean, he was Global Director
of Enterprise Transformation Technology Solutions Centers at Deloitte Consulting.
Mr. Keeley has extensive experience in major ERP and database management software,
including SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Baan. As a licensed US captain and former
member of the US Navy, Mr. Keeley has significant experience in the issues facing
